Door of Youth was created from a lifelong passion for skincare and a deep understanding of how skin changes over time.
Founded by Australian beauty therapist Debbie Majella, Door of Youth reflects more than four decades of hands-on experience, education, and care — supporting women to feel confident in their skin at every stage of life.
My Personal Journey
My journey with skincare began as a teenager, creating lotions and potions in my mother’s kitchen — driven by curiosity and a genuine desire to understand how ingredients could support healthy skin.
What started as fascination grew into a lifelong career spanning more than 45 years in the beauty industry, working hands-on with women of all ages and skin concerns. Over the decades, I’ve seen trends come and go, but one truth has remained constant: skin thrives when it is cared for consistently, gently, and with intention.
In 2007, I founded Door of Youth to offer women something different — skincare that respects the natural ageing process while supporting strength, hydration, and radiance at every stage of life. My philosophy has always been pro-age, not anti-age, focusing on skin health rather than unrealistic promises.
