“How Long Can I Expect Postage to Take?”

All orders are sent within 24 hours and sent via Australia Post. Every care is taken to ensure that your order is delivered in perfect condition, please let us know if you have any concerns with your products upon arrival.

“How Do I Pay For My Order?” Door of Youth Skincare processes online orders using PayPal – a secure and trusted on-line transaction processing gateway. It’s quick, easy and safe. PayPal handles your payment confidentially, and then tells us about your purchase. PayPal does not pass on your credit card or bank account details to us.

“What If I Change My Mind?

What is Your Return Policy?” If you change your mind about the products you have ordered and decide you no longer wish to use them, your unopened product(s) purchased can be returned to Door of Youth Head Office (P.O. Box 38 Glen Aplin Qld 4381) for a refund.

1. Products must be unopened and in the original condition
2. Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods.
3. Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.

Failure to meet with these conditions will result in an exchange or refund being denied.
Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products. Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards.
